General Provisions
These General Terms and Conditions govern the relationship between Inkosystems Ltd., UIC: [your UIC], with registered office in Shumen, Bulgaria, hereinafter referred to as the "Supplier", and any person using the online store store.inko-systems.com, hereinafter referred to as the "User".
By accessing and using the site, the User accepts these General Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with them, please do not use the site.
Orders and Purchase Agreement
The order is considered accepted after confirmation by email from the Supplier. The purchase agreement is concluded at the time of order confirmation. The Supplier reserves the right to refuse an order in case of out of stock, price error or impossibility of delivery.
All prices in the store are in euros (EUR) and include VAT, unless explicitly stated otherwise.
Payment methods
Cash on delivery (only for deliveries in Bulgaria)
Bank transfer
When paying by bank transfer, the order is processed after receiving the amount on the Supplier's account.
Right of withdrawal
According to the Consumer Protection Act, the Consumer has the right to withdraw from the distance contract within 14 days of receiving the goods, without giving a reason and without owing compensation or penalty.
To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must notify us in writing at info@inko-systems.com. The goods must be returned in their original packaging, without traces of use and with all accompanying documents.
The right of withdrawal does not apply to goods made to the customer's individual order, as well as to electronic components that have been unsealed from their antistatic packaging.
