Inkosystems Ltd. (Inkosystems Ltd.), Shumen, Bulgaria, is the controller of personal data collected through the online store store.inko-systems.com. When ordering and registering, we collect: three names, delivery address, email address, telephone number, billing data (company, UIC, VAT number, registered address).

When visiting the site, the following are automatically collected: IP address, browser type and device, pages visited and duration of the visit, cookies.

Purposes of processing
We process your personal data for: fulfilling orders and deliveries, issuing invoices and accounting documents, communicating about your order, improving the functionality of the site, marketing messages (only with your consent).

Legal basis
The processing is based on: performance of a contract (upon order), legal obligation (accounting and tax legislation), legitimate interest (improvement of services), consent (for marketing communications).

Storage period

We only provide data to: courier companies (Econt, Speedy, DHL, UPS) for delivery purposes, banks and payment operators for payment processing, accounting firm for bookkeeping, government authorities under legal obligation.
